God won my heart over 25 years ago during a particularly difficult time in my life. Ever since, I have been drawn to conversations about where God intersects with the joys and challenges of real life. In 2016, I began having these conversations as a spiritual director.

 

My joy is to provide a safe environment to engage with God right where you are. No performing, no pat answers. Just making holy space for you and God.

 

I am a Seattle native who graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Psychology and Speech Communications.  I received my spiritual direction certificate from SoulFormation’s School of Spiritual Direction and am a member of their community of spiritual directors. I live near the University of Washington with my husband, Brian, and our three kids.

• Christians wrestling with their faith

• People and organizations working with the poor and vulnerable

Libby was the main speaker at a women’s retreat I recently attended. The content and delivery were spot-on. Each session built upon the last leaving us with a clearer understanding of how ones' faith is shaped over time and unique from others around us. I left the retreat encouraged to explore what aspects of my relationship with Christ bring me joy and how to change the aspects that seem like a chore. There is no right or wrong way to be in relationship with others. The same is true about our relationship with Christ our creator.
