Services

​

• Personal Retreats: I help you structure a custom spiritual retreat, with one integrated Spiritual Direction session. This is a great way to try out spiritual direction while helping to ensure your time away accomplishes your rest, discernment, connection, and healing goals. The package includes one initial 30 min retreat planning meeting, a follow-up email with a suggested retreat schedule and several spiritual exercises to engage with while on retreat, and one 90-minute spiritual direction session during your retreat. Cost: $150.

 

• Individual Spiritual Direction: Monthly, 75-minute sessions allow you to carve out space for God. We explore ways to grow your relationship with God, identify and work on roadblocks in your intimacy, journey through deconstruction, and more. This is typically an ongoing journey through the phases of life, with most clients meeting with me for a year or more.  Cost: $100/session.

 

• Group Services: I offer a range of services for groups large and small. I can facilitate sessions at church retreats, offer group direction sessions to small groups, and more.  One common example is leading your group in an experience of listening to God and savoring scripture using Lectio Divina or facilitating a session on how to engage with a variety of contemplative spiritual practices. You can even have me pop in virtually to your small group retreat to provide an hour of spiritual content. I would love to hear more about your unique needs.
